Based on what you've shared on and off this forum, you and your husband don't have a clear reason to choose Ecuador. I'll presume then that you're looking into other countries as well.
Ecuador presents some problems with regards to your primary objective here, which is finding jobs for yourself and your husband.
Locals get priority on available jobs if they are qualified. As native speakers, they have that advantage too.
Accounting, aka contabilidad, is a big deal here, so expect that your husband would be required to pass an accountancy licensing exam en español.
Ecuador may not be an ideal choice if you have not visited here and do not have clarity on why you want to move here.
