I am offered new job in bazian refinery near Sulaymaniyah (IRAQ), please advice cost of living in sulaymaniyah.
What is security situation over their. I have been offered 5500 USD per month, it is ok or not.
If anyone knows plz advice.

Bazian is a small town and it is about 25 to 30 mins far away from Sulaimani city by a car. Regarding your questions:
1- Security situation in Sulaimani city is very good.
2. Cost of living in Sulaimani depends on your life style; how do you live? Do you live alone or are you going to bring your family with you?
Generally speaking, 5500 USD is Ok and I can say that you can save some money from it.

I can tell you that it is a perfectly safe area, and the cost of living is not very high. Things are easily available, and you should be very comfortable with all your needs. Be at ease with the move!! You'll manage very well, financially.
