What do you like to do in Saudi?

My list:  (please add yours)

* search old souqs for antiques
* practice Arabic
* diving / snorkel / scuba
* camping / trekking

Attend the markaz - learn Quran, learn Arabic, go to Makkah, roam around with friends, enjoy restaurants, walk on the "beach", drink arabic qahwa, eating dates and finding "baladee" products --- enjoy time with the locals and their culture -

is sand boarding available for just women ??

how about snorkeling ?

Put the gas in my 6 cylinder SUV and head in any direction where I feel like !!

@ rare shine:  I don't know about sand boarding groups for women, per se.....but the dunes are so large and vast, I imagine sand boarding for gals wouldn't be a problem if you chose a remote location.  (I'd have a male or 3 along for safety).

Snorkeling is NO problem for ladies at most private beaches in Jeddah.

I like reading, watching films, listening to music, cooking, cleaning, working, sleeping, planning my next holiday, going to the park, funfairs, art galleries, the cinema, theatre, concerts, comedy nights, bars, nightclubs, music festivals, wine tastings, strip joints, mountain bike riding, and... oh...

All possible and going on - mostly on the "inside"    just sayin'  ;)

All??! C'mon, a few of those are available to people with resources and connections. Hell, with a decent internet connection, a projector and a decent sound system I could enjoy some of them in my apartment. Actually there are quite a few you could project onto a wall and enjoy - art gallery, concert, comedy night, music festival, maybe a few others with the right ingredients..

Well, sure you could - but it's not really the same, is it?

Let's see.

Parks:  https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=pa … udi+arabia

funfairs : this is something saudis quite enjoy (see amusement parks in above url search)

art galleries:  here are 10 to get you started: http://theculturetrip.com/middle-east/s … uld-visit/

comedy nights/bars/clubs:  two words - "compound circuit"

music festivals:  I was just at one a month ago in Jeddah.  something like 10 bands performed...the next one is outdoors, outside Riyadh.  See a member of Riyadh Hash House Harriers to try and get a ticket.  (probably sold out)

wine tastings:  see above

mountain bike riding:   c'mon, yourself.

For you Full Monty:

May your time here only get more interesting...  :)

I like to make money here !

Thanks ReLLeK, although I'm not sure I want 'interesting' - sounds a bit dubious to me, like the Chinese phrase. I'd prefer 'enlightening', 'enjoyable' or 'not suck'.  :)

as you like Habibi  ;)

I'm a Medical doctor from Nigeria, I have five years experience, I finished my MBBS from AHFAD university for Women Sudan, I can speak Arabic language, and I wish to work in Saudi Arabia Hospital. Please how do I go about it.

maybe start with a google search for medical recruiters?

Or,...search out hospitals in Riyadh, Khobar and Jeddah (for starters) and apply directly on their websites (?)
