I just came to oman on employee visa 20days back, and company is not as good as i was thinking,
i already got my cpr

i got visa for oman as well from one of the company,

my question is if i go out from bahrain without cancelling my visa and work in oman, do i get any problem in same

You will not have too many problems when leaving.

Your Bahrain employer may report you as a "run away" to the Police. If ever you have to return to Bahrain in future, you may face issues at immigrations.

Why don't you properly resign? Much better that way. Just a suggestion.
