Help need filling full name for Permanent Family visa via online apply

hi friends,

i am sorry to ask this silly question but i am new to kingdom and applying first time through online link for permanent family visa.

i want to know how to fill the "FULL NAME" on MOI website for my wife and daughter.

On MOI Website for permanent family visa , there are four columns.

First name - Second name - Third name- Fourth name

My daughter name is like below on Pakistani Passport :
Given names : Iqra moeen
Suramne : Fatima

what shall i write on MOI website "Iqra" will be first name , Moeen will be second name and Fatima will be third name ? OR "Iqra moeen" will come in first column and Fatima in second column ? please clarify.

Similarly my wife has name like this on passport.

Given name : Aneela
Surname : Moeen

So Aneela will come in first column and Moeen in second column .....OR moeen will go to 4th column.

can anyone help on below query ...in online application form , how to write "Dependent full name" ...do we need to add "Husband name or father name " after writing wife "first" and "family name" or only write wife name
