If it's a ladies-only event, I wouldn't recommend Esteraha's as they aren't safe. If not, then yes, you could rent really nice Esteraha's with great facilities for reasonable prices. How big is your event?

its a mix crowd so esteraha is not a good idea

will you cant find any other place with mixed of gender coz Saudi is conservative country and u know the pros and cons..

Any restaurant in the diplomatic quarter will allow you to have a mixed gathering and no Abaya.
