I need some documents notarized in Kenya by a US Notary, can somebody direct me to one urgently? The US Embassy has no appointments available...HELP!

Most items requiring a NP in the US (state, and federal forms, bank forms, etc.) will accept a "Commissioner of Oaths" signature and seal. These are readily available at nearly any law office in Kenya. In 35 years, I've never had it questioned.

Thanks for that info, If we can't get the appointment at the Embassy, then we'll go that route and see if the court in the US will accept the Commissioner of Oaths signature & seal.
