Re-attestation/re-verification of BBA Hon's degree from HEC Pakistan

Hi All,

I got my Bachelors degree attested from HEC, Pakistan back in April, 2011. Subsequently, I got it attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Oman Embassy in January 2014.

Now, Do I have to get my bachelors degree attested again from HEC and MOFA, before submitting it to Saudi Culture Mission and Saudi Embassy for attestation/verification?

HEC: If you have the new HEC attestation i.e. gold stamp then no. It is valid for lifetime
MOFA: Usually no. Sometimes, if it is older than 6 months, then they ask for re-attestation. However, yours was subsequently attested by the Oman Embassy so should not be re-attested.
