I'm from Singapore. I tried to seek help through other means but to no avail. Perhaps I will get it here.
PROBLEM:
- A friend was admitted in a local hospital while travelling in Paris last November 2014.
- The hospital bill summary and other documents were not provided.
- The documents are needed to process hospitalization claims in Singapore.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- You or anyone you know will go to the hospital in France and request for the documents we need
- We will give you the necessary Authorization letters/documents
- You will ship (express) the requested documents to Singapore
HOW MUCH ARE WE WILLING TO PAY?

- We can also discuss how to send you the money.

- I need the documents to be in Singapore preferrably before April 30, 2015

Can the insurance company contact the hospital for the documentation??
Thanks for replying to my post. Unfortunately, the insurance company won't do that.
What we did so far:
1) Hired French interpreter in Singapore to talk to the Paris hospital staff in French. Yes, they don't/won't speak English. RESULT: They asked to come in person to request for the necessary documents.
2) Asked a friend in Austria who speaks french to call the hospital to explain the situation and convince them to send the documents. RESULT: They asked to come in person to request for the necessary documents.
3) Sent a letter to the hospital to request for such document. RESULT: No response.
