Hello, we host a Scottish event soon in Bucharest and it would be great if we had a bagpiper, but so far we could find none. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Tough one .. perhaps the Scottish Embassy / Scottish-RO Cultural Association (if such a thing exists) might know.

If all fails, then just buy a random bloke a few round of drinks and then hand him a bagpipe. It's going to be mental.

I play the bagpipes and I live in Bucharest but I dont actually have any in Romania. It has been a while since I played them but I would be happy to give it a try?
