You may as well have a look at the shopping malls like Cascavelle-Bagatelle. Normally all the departmental stores will have kitchen equipments.

A stroll in Port-Louis and Rose Hill might fetch you these things cheaper as well

try Quatre Bornes market on a Thursday and the Orchard mall nearby as these are easy to get to from Medine Village at Palma
