visa process to Enjaz information technology

Hi everyone, i need some idea here. I applied for a family visa for my wife and now I already have a visa number from chamber of commerce in Dammam. Now I send it to my wife in the Philippines. She went to the agency in the Philippines to process it and the agency said that we need to confirm it first to Enjaz information technology. Anyone knows how to process a visa to Enjaz information technology? I will appreciate any help. Thank you so much guys.

sir raffy, now in the website of MOFA, i tried to search it in their query search box as (visa issued from MOFA). I can search it on their site and i can even print it, so it means that it was already been issued, am i right sir?
