Hi looking for some help and advice for my girlfriend who I met last year on holiday who lives in Pleven and after she came to see me over Xmas new year and me just getting home from ten days in Pleven she is thinking about moving to Scotland, but we are both very unsure of rules laws etc if anyone could help that would be great thanks ......

As Pleven is in an EEC Country,there are no laws to prevent her from moving to or working in Scotland.
