Would like to move to San Juan parttime, but need to rent out house.

I am looking into living in San Juan part time.
To afford it I would need to rent out my place much of the time Im not there.

To the landlords out there, How many vacant days do you guys have in your rental houses?
Are different months different vacancy rates or prices?

I would love to do this but if the numbers dont work out I will have to be responsible and stay in Canada
