Sad story-need some support.
Started a job in Belgium 1st of Nov 2014. Due to reorganization, my contract was terminated. Now employee offer termination period 7th April to 30th of April. Then 3 month full paid. What does the regulation/legal say about this in Belgium? How long is the notification? I read somewhere that salary (my is 8000€/month) would impact notification period but I do not get full story right here, need some support. Thanks.
