Looking for a room or apartment for rent - temporary or long term

Hi everyone,

Does any one have an extra room for rent, or know someone who rents studios/houses/rooms on the North Coast (preferably Cabarete and nearby)? It's temporary (or not, depending on the deal).
My boyfriend is looking for a place to stay starting today probably for one or two weeks He wants to be there to look for a home for us, as his family lives in Altamira, so it's quite far to go everyday looking for houses. Or if maybe you know a great deal of a long term rental with 1 to 3 bedrooms (budget around $500/month), that would be even better
He's dominican and canadian, lived in Quebec for 12 years, and he's a very reliable and respectful person - speaks spanish, english and french.
