Labuan company vs sdn bhd company.

If any one got a permission for doing business as 100% foreign owned labuan company in malaysia and  as such whether it is possible to establish sdn bhd business firm by same director of labuan company or not?  solicited respected forum members comment.

There would be no restriction because they are different regimes. The Labuan company cannot trade in Malaysian Ringgit so useful for offshore activities.

If you just want an offshore presence you could choose to open a regional office in Malaysia, but once again that's not to operate a business within Malaysia, but direct business to another entity offshore.

You need RM1 million paid in capital to set up the Sdn (100% foreign owned).
