I'm a 4.5-5.0 player and will be visiting Saigon from April 5th-10th 2015 and I was planning to bring my sticks with me. Currently, plan to hit with a Vietnamese National player during my time here but I'm also open to hit with other players as well. Where do people usually play at? How much are court fees?
Also, how much does it cost to get my racquets strung? I have my own string. Thanks.

Court fee 7 - 15 $ / hour. Depends on the court quality, location and time.
Most shops include the stringing fees with the string price. Roughly 1 - 5 $ depending on the shop and location.

Thanks for the information. I figure I would string my racquets in HCMC since the strings on my current stick could break at anytime. I'll let you know all know information tomorrow once I finish hitting in the afternoon.
