Assalam o Alaikum, My Friend visited saudi arabia in 2007 on tourist visa. but didn't return before visa expiry date. therefore he was jailed for a month and then sent back to Pakistan. his finger prints were taken at exit. Is he eligible for re entry visa now?

Once fingerprints are taken he won't be eligible to back unless and until his finger prints are removed from their database
