I am starting an IT short courses business in the center of Berlin and looking for English speaking or Bilingual teachers.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to advertise or start looking? As the work would be part time I don't feel an employment agent would be the best bet.

Specific certifications would be: Amazon Web Services / Cisco / Linux and Microsoft credentials. Any one of the above cert's would be required, I don't expect someone with all.
