My job is in the skilled occupation list in the new zealand and to start I need to make an express of interest but I can't find the form online.

Did find some information on the NZ Immigration web site. From what I can see the category ' expression of interest, only applies to the family category'. Just click on the link migrant/stream below, and you can find out more.
immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/live/parent/eoi/
If you are a skilled person, then this would the category you should apply under. You must have a look, as other factors are playing a role, depending on your personal situation.
