Tourist or 'T' class visa is only good for 30 days and cannot be extended.
The 'E' class visa is good for 30 days but can be extended for 1,3, 6 or 12 months. E visa 1, 3 months are only good for single entry so if you go out of Cambodia and wish to come back again you will have to get a new visa.
