Hello everyone.
My name is Ron. I'm recently retired and considering the expat life in Spain. I've hiked the Camino Santiago several times and have a strong interest in opening (or running someone else's) Bed & Breakfast on one of the trails, ideally in a country setting with a few acres of land that is fairly close to a village or town with amenities.
If anyone has experience with the Spanish laws that govern purchase of land, or running of Bed & Breakfast establishments, I would appreciate discussing them with you.
