Ban can be lifted if you are having school certificate then new job must need - 5000 AED salary, Diploma holder - 7000 AED & if Professional - 12000 AED salary in ur new job. If not coming under this category u might get 6 months ban. also no problem if u r going to govt companies, free zone companies, oil companies (No ban in these also).
