Is it possible for a Pakistani who holds a European residence permit, to get a tourist visa on arrival in Dubai?

Thanks for the short answer Stumpy.

However, I just got the information for anyone who is looking for an elaborate answer such as myself.

As per IATA regulations, you need to have the normal passport and the copy of a pre-arranged visa on arrival to UAE.

A quick way for pre-arranged visa would be to acquire an e-visa online from the eDNRD UAE website.
