Hi all,
Anyone of you can explain about project visa? Is it transferable or what? I just can't explain why when I resign in my company they said that it is not transferable.
Any reply will be appreciated.

I assume your talking about a Art. 18 ... and there's been a lot of changes with that system lately ... we're have problems getting people transferred between PMC company's, and they have lots of pull ... they want us to release them, send them home, and reprocess them back in country, starting from scratch ... not sure the specifics of the new rules though, just heard we're have problems with transfers.
