I have added a post in that section, but it is still under review.

There are no restrictions regarding age, gender or religion, but we're most interested in a candidate under about 30 years of age.
This is so we can shape the successful candidate into the ways of the school, where we promote understanding of all religions and cultures.
The above in mind, we ask the candidates to be religiously neutral in dress code, avoiding obvious statements of religious bent.
The staff are mixed, as are the students, so we cater for all, excluding none.

Just curious but salary of Rp 3.000.000 for a fresh graduate holding a degree is the norm ?

Salaries in Indonesia are much lower than in Europe happyhour, but even more so for teachers unless they are university lecturers. Many graduates who even have a few years work experience have salaries of between Rp4.000.000 - Rp4.500.000.

That's the bottom rung of the ladder.
Someone further up can expect more.

Nice to know your school has been presented as the bottom rung of the ladder for teachers to start from. Perhaps you should revise your comment.

My driver, 29 years old, gets even more (all in) not holding a degree, no English knowledge......

Different jobs and vocations I guess Tom. Drivers as well as teachers should be paid a decent wage thats for sure.

A fresh graduate teacher would be on the bottom rung, not the school.
The salary is low, but that was stated as the starter for an inexperienced teacher.
The school is small, but we're trying to bring standards up to international standard, so we require a person with very nice English skills.
Experience is a lesser concern as we want the candidate to develop in a way to suit the school, not be fixed in their ways.
Our SD is doing very well, but we're looking for ways to improve the SMP and SMA. One of many steps is to find new English teachers with fresh ideas.
The offered salary will reflect that, but depends on the person.
Should a top class candidate be found, their salary would probably be something around what many expats earn in private language schools such as EF.
