Chances/Recommendations on getting a visa sponsorship for a job?

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum, and sort of stumbled upon it out of desperation.

I'm getting my master's in UK right now but I got my undergraduate and high school diploma in US. I would ideally want to work in US on a H1 visa after I'm done with my program, but was wondering if there are any other industries than tech and finance that provides visa sponsorships (I majored in media for undergraduate and sociology for masters.) Ideally I would apply for research positions in schools, but I do want to broaden my search. If you know of any companies sponsoring H1 or even a one-year J-1 visa, please help me out!

Hi,
I am pretty much in the same boat as you, I cannot find a job or internship for the US with my sociology bachelor and currently doing my master's in social sciences and languages.
People, there are now two of us looking for assistance. Any lead would be appreciated!
Of course, Kilene, if I find something, I will update here.
