side mini busines , jewelry maker ,I search lot about how to make PFA , a girl in office said that i need paper from university , another girl in the office dont know , another girl said i should find info by myself! Am not EU , indonesian , hold family permits, need info guys

Hi,.

You cant be a PFA if you are non-EU and on family resident permit. I found out about this first hand, as I am a contractor with my current company,. They asked me to be PFA, which was not possible. So I ended up setting a SRL. In your case you can do a SRL as a micro-enterprise. You pay 3% of the total revenue every quarterly and 16% of profits. Just expense all your living expenses and show no profit and in the end 3% tax is not too much to pay for running your business. Good luck.

You will also need proper book-keeping.
