Is life good and affordable in Cambodia?

Hi, I,m George...you can call me jojo. I will go to Cambodia before March 22, 2015. I want to know if its good and affordable to live in Cambodia. Is it easy to find a house that is cheaper but nice? Can i find a job in some hotel or resort in Cambodia as Maintenance Supervisor or Electrician? I am a holding a professional licensed as Registered Master Electrician. I hope you can help me when i arrive specially my "mga kababayan" . Thank you and hoping for reply. .
