Thinking of going into business making pastels and doing a food truck.
Does anyone know of a pastel making class or school ?

Friend of mine in the south told me about a franchise that teaches people in their own kitchens to make them.

Years ago when I first found out what pastels were, I thought they might do well in the states. I had ideas of starting a franchise at airports to sell them. I still think that's a great idea but who has that kind of money ?
We had thought about an ice cream truck years ago but that biz has mostly died now.

Maybe now that I am retired I can make a food truck in Florida to start out that way.
Pastels being a lot different from Mexican empanadas, I think people would like them.

Leaving for FL march 27th.
Moving to a real nice apto 1 block from the beach with a great pool on the top floor. Lived there back in 2006 for a while and was great. Better than this favela we live in now.
