You will need a visa before you travel. There is no Irish Embassy or Consulate in Jamaica so you need to Google search for the closest one and contact them for information.
If you are looking to move and settle there the visa application is a lot more involved than getting a tourist visa.

ez joshua, best option is If you can get a UK passport you can live and work in ireland no problem.
