Just wanted to know when Ghana ,Accra has 3 day blackouts in a row does every one loose there phone service .How much is this costing the economy in lost revenue with business closed down.

We are currently experiencing 24 hrs off and 12 hrs on. This affects most things but not the phones. In fact it has created phone charging businesses!
