Looking to purchase Kandos chocolate via someone in Colombo

Hello

I am an expat living in Canada and looking for someone from Colombo to purchase a type of Kandos chocolate and mail it to Canada.  I will ofcourse pay all expenses including shipping but simply need someone to ship the chocolates as there are no stores in Canada that sell Kandos chocolates.

Please let me know if this is possible.
