Hi,
My Indian passport will expire in June 2016. What will be the right time to start renewal process for the same ? I think by Dec 15. Also, please let me know the process - I guess it has to be done in Indian Embassy in Brussels.

Contact your Embassy in Brussels. Ask them how long it will take to get a new passport, then apply.

Very straightforward .. go to Indian embassy in Brussels and make an application to renew the passport.
