Gluten Free bread in Riyadh ?

Did you try Carefour, Tamimi, and Diet Center?

I've tried the other 2. Tamimi has lots of Gluten free products, but no bread :-((

I'm not drom Riyadh but their stores are all over the kingdom. If you have a Foursquare app you can look up the nearest branch

Hey there. I think both the diet centre and diet world can be found on the DQ. My colleagues have meals delivered to them at work and they're quite efficient, so it might pay to call first rather than physically go to the branch.

Ive tried this brown bread once at Tamimi and loved it but I don't see if very often at all... It was brown in colour and I don't remember 100% but I think it was gluten free. (...Not very helpful I know lol).

Ohh I just had a thought while typing this actually... I think there's a diet/nutrition food shop next to the Specialised Medical hospital... Is anybody here able to confirm this also?

You r correct, Altamimi has a lot of Gluten free items but not bread ones.
There is a bakery and patisseries in king abdulaziz rd called Almethali (the Ideal) has a wide range of healthy patsierries and bread includes gluten free ones, I guess the bread will be one of them. It is located in king Abdulaziz rd (salahudeen district) just 500 metres before Altamimi toward the north.
Also there is another gluten free shop in prince ahmed bin abdulaziz rd just off king abdullah rd in alworoud district opposite to pizza hut.
Hope these will be of assistance to you finding gluten free bread products in the  magic kingdom
