To cut it short: Your chances of getting a job depend on your qualifications and language skills. As a non-EU citizen you need to offer professional skills they can't find in their own country and the employer has to proof that there were no qualified European applicants. It is very difficult but not impossible. Not speaking the language makes it even harder to find a job.
I can't really advise you on social and cultural aspects, since it depends on where you end up. Oslo has completely different options than a small town in the north, for example. I suggest to visit the countries you consider attractive before you jump into moving. And remember- the winters can be long and dark....

I just realised, that you might have a UK passport and therefor easier access to the Scandinavian job market. I apologise for my wrong assumptions!

In general the scandinavian culture is a bit more reserved and introvert compared to the British or rest of the EU. That being said, there are always exceptions...
But speaking the language is a key to understanding and participating in their culture.
