Hai all.I have a doubt about.1year before I bought one car in leasing from ALJ leasing ..before 2month I sold that car .that guy still continue the installnent.due to I couldn't transfer that car to his own name due to his iqama profession .so now the owner is ALJ financing.me Co inactive owner.as per Moi site. now I am planning to take a loan from SAMBA.I want to know that is this will affect in my loan process.or they will deduct that balance amount from my loan if they will accept ..pls help me

First of all you need to understand that you have not sold your old car, you have made a private agreement to take money from some one who does not have an Iqama. This arrangement is totally illegal and forbidden in the rules and regulations you have signed at the time of entering into lease agreement.
