Postal Office, unsucsessfull delivery

Hello everybody!
Actually I should be on Seychelles since a month or so but there is some trouble...

I got a job at a hotel on Praslin and sent all required documents for the GOP to the human resource department. I tracked it on the Internet and since more than two weeks appears "unsuccessful delivery".
I tried to call the postal office but can't reach it. Can anybody help me out? Do you have any experience with the Seychelles post? Or give me a number for the post office on Praslin?
I'm desperate..
I can't easily post it a second time because I had to send the original copies (also medical report). Now I don't know what to do...
