does anyone knows where I can buy used motorbike ( below 100cc ).I was planning to remodel and customized the bike myself to create a different one from the other bikes on the street that people would stare at it all the time. if I'm lucky enough I may be able to buy and sell it.

Check with Hau at Hein Motors. I bought 2-400cc bikes; he has bigger and smaller.
