Hi there,

I am planning to make a trip to Istanbul with my friend for some days. Firstly of course we wanna make some sightseeing, wander around, don´t miss any of the beauties of this wonderful city. But we wanna also have some fun, visit some nice places to have a lunch or drink. Any suggestions?

Im gonna advice you about place to drink which is best;

Rock n Rolla, The Beatles and the Lost pub in taksim/Istiklal Street. Cool places indeed

Have a walk in Fener-Balat which is full of historical mosques, churches, synagogues and Jewish/Greek/Turkish houses, try 'Kuyu Kebabı' (Gül restaurant is the best) in Unkapanı and traditional 'köfte' in Merkezefendi, Topkapı which is full of historical places, too.
