If you passed out, you should seek medical help!
In addition, it is nearly impossible to find a job in Singapore as a foreign fresh graduate. Get some valuable skills and work experience (which differentiates you from the locals, who must be hired first) and then try again.
Also, good English language skills are essential. This is not apparent from your post.
