Since there is no mauritius consulate here in the philippines...
1. how will i get a mauritius visa ?
2. where can my groom-to-be get a certificate of legal capacity to marry?
3. Where can i apply for red ribbon for my important documents e.g. Transcript of Record, Diploma, Birth Certificate and so on.??
