Hi im a new member here and just wanna ask if iit safe to work in maldives because im not familiar with the place and what would be the surroundings in maldives?thanks

Yes Maldives is very safe.
If you are going to work in a resort it's only the guests and staff in one island and managed as private resorts. If you are to work in male which is the main city! it's a small packed lively city. Lovely in the sense lots of people motorcycles, cars moving around. Many small shops in almost all the lanes and streets. It's safe and especially if you don't attract un wanted people it' can be said very safe.

Thanks makhma for your response..are there a lot of filipino working there?the island on maldives since it is on near the sea..is there a chance to experience tsunami?
