Hello.
I'm looking for advice from anyone with knowledge of travelling to Cambodia over Tet.
My Visa will expire in the middle of Tet. I've heard the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia will be closed from Feb 17 to Feb 23. Can anyone confirm these dates? If so, is there likely to be a backlog of Visa applications on the 24th? What are the chances of having a new visa by the 25th? Finally, are 3 month single entry visas currently available in Phnom Penh?

Edit: In case it wasn't clear, I'm inquiring about the Visa for a return trip into Vietnam.

Diplomats typically take every damn holiday they can score, both those of their home country and their host country.
Since the government (not civil industry) has an extended holiday, I would ask how come not the Diplo's?
