Family visa staying rules ??

Hi I need to clarify , why some ppl say it is a new rule to stay 6 month before applying for a family visa, is the company salary letter is not enough?
I asked a lot of ppl with different answers ( some confirm the need and other denied and say no need at all only the company letter)

Hi All,

The reason for this confusion is simple - the Ministry keeps changing its rules ever so often and nothing is fixed and final.

Yes, the 6-month rule does exist. In most cases. Then again, in some cases the does not apply. But there is no clarity or explanation as to what are the criteria for waiving the rule in certain cases.

It is all a matter of chance and luck. Sad. But true.
