How long are you going to be in Napa. There are some great vineyards to visit but you will find that a good number to visit is 4-6 a day.
What type of wine do you like. I used to be a regular in napa and in fact had a cellar in my home of more that 2500 bottles of wine (most from Napa), before moving to the Caribbean.

I will be in napa for 5 days with my wife and 2 year old son. I have really enjoyed the US chardonnays and zinfandels, but to be honest enjoy most good wines, particualry with a unique distinctiveness. I have read good things about Kongsgaard, but understand you cannot visit the vineyard.
Any tips on how to get a reservation at the French Laundry would be much appreciated too!
