I Think It Highly Depends With Where One Stays/Lives In Congo As With The World Over.Obviously The Better The Living Conditions,The Higher The Cost Of Living,But As A Generalization,The Cost Of Living In Congo Is Fair,Seeing That The VAT Is 13%,Which Is Good Compared To Other African Countries Within That Region

A normal 1bedroom self contained house is from 1.2-1.5 million CFA monthly.
Transportation around Brazzaville in a taxi is standard 1000CFA (that's the only reasonable cost in my opinion).
Cost of groceries for an average family of 4 is around 500,000- 2 million CFA per month depends on their standard of living.
Buying a car in Brazzaville is a story for another day cos it's unreasonably expensive from 15 million CFA and above 15 million is for a very small car.
I hope I've helped a little is giving you this information. Bye for now.
