I was just wondering if there is any money changer in Singapore that sells Mongolian Tugrik?

In my time working in Mongolia you could not get the currency anywhere outside of the country. You can change currencies, especially US$$ in the banks. There is a currency exchange in the airport terminal. You must use Tugrik when in the country.

In Singapore, the best money changers are located around Raffles Place. Ask around there - if they don't have it you're out of luck in the whole country!

You won't find Mongolian Tugrik from money changer in Singapore. I had the same experience last year (2014). The best is to carry USD and buy Tugrik from Mongolia.
