I arrived in cairo last week my boy friend want to make a license for money someone told my boy friend it's 1000 and another said 600 another said 400 can you please help me thank you

he can drive with his international driving license .... but if he has residence here so he must apply for egyptian license and be aware from those ppl coz they give fake driving license then ur bf will be in big trouble

yes it may coast 1000 EGP to illegally extract it and to get it legal , it will take a time..
may be a taxi is a better idea and it will not coast too much money..

If he has a car, it is so difficult to drive.
Because there are many Traffic Ambushes and committees all over Cairo.
No problem if take a long time to extract it, better than he did not..

We made driving license here 2000 LE,and rent car 4500 LE /month
but if you plan to stay long time here can buy one car ,must be more easy~

hi celine it's not about how much 1000 or less it's depend on the police officer specially if you are foreigner they'll take more
